Log in to your Facebook account.
Click the drop-down menu in the top right corner and select “Settings.”
On the “Your Facebook Information” tab, click “Download Your Information.”
Select the categories of data you want to include in the download and adjust additional options to suit your preferences.
Finally, click “Create File” and wait for Facebook to compile your data.
Step 2: Deactivate your account
